We have chosen a quality from the Guanxi province which is cultivated on 1,000 m and plucked by hand from the end of March until the beginning of April. After the withering the tea is carefully dried at low temperatures, sometimes more than once, yielding a very smooth tea with mellow, floral and slightly fruity notes.
