Matcha Broom, Japanese style

Matcha is prepared by dosing it with a matcha spoon in a bowl (approx. 2 matcha spoons for 100ml) and then pouring water with 80-90 °C over it. Now stir until frothy with a matcha whisk - for about 1-2 minutes.
