Cocoa nibs from our own chocolate production. The cocoa beans are first gently roasted and then crushed into pieces (nibs), this at the same time as the shell of the beans is removed.
The nibs are not added with sugar or other sweeteners, and therefore contain a more intense and bitter chocolate taste than ordinary chocolate.
