This chocolate is made from 100% cacao from Hacienda Betulia B9 in Colombia – a rare and aromatic Criollo type known for its complexity and elegance.
The cacao is grown on a single estate in Antioquia, where each batch is hand-harvested and carefully processed through controlled fermentation and gentle drying. This brings out the bean’s natural aromatic profile without the need for additives.
