This House Blend consist of Organic Arabica coffee's from Etiopia, Peru, and Sumatra, as well as 20% Robusta beans from the island of Flores in Indonesia.
All of these sorts are 100% Organic.
We add Robusta to give the blend a more intense espresso with great "crema". Excellent blend to use in milk bases beverages, like latte og cappuccino.
Try it also pure with sugar. This is how the Italians like their espresso. Be aware that the Robusta beans contains a lot more coffein.
