The coffee story
This coffeecomes from of the Municipality of the Caranavi Province. It has great natural biodiversity (wild flora and fauna), made up of high mountains of cloud forests, ecological reserves, crystalline rivers that are the conducive environment for producing quality coffee.
Regarding production, coffee is grown between 1,400 to 1,700 meters above sea level. on the mountainous slopes of cloud forests under shade.
The harvest is carried out manually to guarantee that no green beans are processed,
The process
The Coffee is Harvested and the coffee cherries are pulped and then fermented for 24 hours. Then it is washed and dried for 3 days.
