From the renowned coffee-growing region of Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia comes this exceptional coffee from the Dumerso washing station. Here, local smallholder farmers deliver their freshly harvested coffee cherries, grown at altitudes of 1,960 metres above sea level and higher.

The coffee consists of a combination of local Ethiopian landrace varieties and JARC varieties, developed to maintain quality and adapt to local growing conditions.

After harvesting, the coffee cherries are processed at the Dumerso washing station using the fully washed method. This processing technique helps highlight the coffee's natural characteristics, providing an excellent foundation for a clean, elegant and nuanced flavour experience.
